Terms of Service
The rules for using our website and working with us.
Last updated: 20 February 2026
In a nutshell
By using our website or hiring us, you're agreeing to these terms. We've written them in plain English. If something doesn't make sense, ask us.
Using our website
Our website is for information and to get in touch. You can browse, read, and contact us. Don't try to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. We reserve the right to block access if we need to.
Working with us
When you hire us for a project - whether that's a website, AI system, or marketing - we'll send you a proposal or contract with the specific details: scope, price, timeline, and what's included. That document takes precedence over these general terms for that project.
We'll do the work we've agreed to. You'll pay us as agreed. If either of us needs to change something, we'll talk about it and put it in writing.
Who owns what
Your stuff: You keep ownership of anything you give us - your logo, content, brand guidelines, and so on. We use it only for your project.
Our stuff: We keep ownership of our tools, methods, and any code or assets we've built before your project. We're not selling you our entire toolkit - we're using it to deliver your project.
What we build for you: Once you've paid in full, the work we've created specifically for you (the website, the design, the deliverables) is yours. We'll hand it over and you can use it as you like. We may keep a copy for our portfolio and records, unless you've asked us not to.
If things go wrong
We take care to do good work. If we've made a mistake, we'll fix it. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the relevant work - we're not on the hook for indirect losses, lost profits, or anything we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. That's standard for service businesses.
Ending a project
Either party can end a project with reasonable notice. You'll pay for work done up to that point. We'll hand over whatever we've completed. If you've paid upfront for something we haven't delivered, we'll refund the unused portion.
